Returns and Exchanges
With Mombora.com you have 100% guaranteed satisfaction; if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have up to 30 days for an exchange and for a refund you have 5 business days from the delivery of the product.
Conditions to be taken into account!
- At Mombora.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and exchange policy carefully before making a request.
- Items must be in perfect condition (unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and labels attached). Mombora.com reserves the right to accept or decline returns and exchanges based on item condition.
- For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on bikini bottoms, one-piece swimsuits, face masks, balaclavas, or boxers, unless a manufacturing defect is identified.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to Mombora.com. We do not accept cash-on-delivery (COD) shipments.
- We will only accept claims related to returns or exchanges within 60 days from the date the process was initiated.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order after placing it, please contact us at mombora@mombora.com.
- If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it immediately.
- If your order has already been shipped, you will need to wait for the package to arrive and then follow the return or exchange process.
Returns
If you wish to withdraw your purchase and request a full or partial refund, you have up to 5 business days from the date of delivery to return the product.

- Refund to the original payment method: Processing may take up to 30 calendar days.
- Refund via bank transfer: This will be processed within 5 business days after receiving your product and account details. Processing time depends on your bank’s ACH cycles.
To process a bank transfer refund, please send the following details to mombora@mombora.com:
- Account holder’s name
- Type and number of identification
- Bank name
- Account number and type (checking or savings)
As an alternative, you may request a store credit to use on our online store.
Exchanges
You have up to 30 days from the purchase date to request an exchange. Contact us at mombora@mombora.com.
You can exchange your item under the following conditions:
- Exchange for an item of the same value – You only need to cover shipping costs.
- Exchange for an item of lower value – We will refund the price difference. Refunds will be processed based on our Return Policy.
- Exchange for an item of higher value – You will be required to pay the price difference. A payment link will be sent to you via email.
If the requested exchange item is out of stock, you may request a store credit for the exchange value, which can be used on our online store.
Warranty
We offer a 60-day warranty from the date you receive the product for quality defects.
- We will review all warranty claims and provide a response within 15 business days.
- If the item can be repaired, we will proceed with the repair. If not, a replacement will be provided.
