Cintura

Pase la cinta métrica alrededor de su cintura, manteniendo un dedo entre la cinta y su cuerpo para un ajuste cómodo.

Caderas

Con los pies juntos, pase la cinta métrica alrededor de la parte más ancha de sus caderas, aproximadamente de 15 a 20 centimetros por debajo de la cintura.
